Rai's Hobby Hive reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time without reason. We reserve the right to terminate a client's contract if they are found to fall under any of the following criteria:No contact / not paying invoice without reason for 5+ months from comissionee (you) for any reason.Customers who attack or belittle members of the Team using slurs or foul language.Individuals who support racist or bigoted ideals, or those who support harmful paraphilias like zoophilia or pedophilia.Individuals who are found to be dangerous members of the community due to sex crimes, grooming, or violent actions.If this occurs, the client will be refunded, and 30% of the total invoice will be kept for any work started. The suit will be destroyed, and the parts will be repurposed.Deadlines:
I will give estimated deadlines, all of which are subject to change for any reason. Rest assured if you have commissioned me and paid your commission is being worked on regardless of deadline. I cannot give a firm deadline for any project as I do not wish to disappoint you in regards to an event or convention.Expedited orders are possible but there will be a fee for such as, it will take time away from other commissions and my work even when done fast is time consuming and must be done diligently to ensure a great and long lasting final product we can both be happy with. Said fee will be discussed upon commission.Special Materials
Any special non-base cost furs will be charged to you and will be included in your commission price. You are responsible for any hard to obtain or premium fur’s extra costs. Any substitutions will be discussed with you prior to you making payment for your commission.Quotes:
Any commission quote is free, It’s always free to run an idea by me and I appreciate you doing so. Though do know that commission quotes can be subject to change as they are an estimate of final costs, costs may change due to material availability and extremely labor intensive commissions that are more so than I had thought they would be . Design changes will also have resultant cost change.Reference Sheets
Commissions need a reference sheet, so I can fully understand your vision for your commission and we can both be happy with the result. I can also make a reference for your suit as well for a fee of $30USDExempted items are paws or other smaller suit parts.Payments:
33% of your payment for commission no matter if it is made via scheduled and agreed upon installments or in one lump payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. As this pays me for the slot I have given you and makes your commission assured. It also covers any labor I have already done towards your commission and material costs. If you are doing scheduled payments and pay less than the 33% and wish to no longer follow through on your commission anything under 33% is NON- REFUNDABLE.I am open to most forms of payment plans just contact me so we can discuss such. If you fully pay off your commission it will be prioritized and finished before, non-fully paid commissions. If you are paying for a partial the head will not be completed until final payment is received as it is the most labor intensive part of a commission.Refunds
Refunds are determined on a case by case basis. If you request a refund, we will talk to decide the best case scenario!
Examples:
1.) A partial refund where everything else outside the 33% and refunded.
2.) I can make/finish what has been already paid ( If quote is unpaid )
3.) I mail all the materials to you and close the invoice.
Once a product is Shipped out and done, no refund will be accepted unless there are issues that are causing the suit to be unwearable and cannot be fixed.Shipping:
Payment must be made in full for both the commission and shipping before any commission is shipped. After shipment I am no longer responsible for your item if it is lost or damaged in transit or stolen. I can ship any way you would like and insure any commission if you pay for the associated fees, but I am not responsible for the outcome of any insurance claim made as I am not the shipping company so am not liable.Once your commission is paid in full and finished, I will contact you about shipping charges which will be calculated and based on how you would like your item shipped (I.E. Which shipping service) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
I cannot warrantee any commission item as my schedule is too full to do so. But I will have created your commission with time, love and hard work. I do not cut corners and do not have lazy workmanship. Know that if you have bought a Rai's Hobby Hobby product it is a quality one.ABSOLUTELY NO NOTES ON ANY PAYMENTS! If you send a payment with a note on it I will be refunding you so please make sure you send the payment correctly!Repairs:
I will do repairs if you pay for shipping on a case by case basis, I respectfully reserve the right due to time constraints associated with my work to refuse any repair.Small repairs, Broken hair, teeth falling out, claws coming off, ect are free!
Larger repairs will be dependent on damnage!Feel free to message me with any concerns once you have commissioned me but do know that I have a busy schedule and please do so respectfully.
